Robert Fuller, born July 29, 1933, in Troy, New York, is an American actor best known for his roles in Western television series. He gained prominence as Jess Harper in “Laramie” (1959–1963) and later starred as Cooper Smith in “Wagon Train” (1963–1965).

Fuller’s portrayal of Dr. Kelly Brackett in the popular medical drama “Emergency!” (1972–1977) further solidified his status as a television icon.
