Born on August 12, 1997, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, she hails from a prominent Bollywood family as the granddaughter of veteran actors Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar. Sayyeshaa made her acting debut in 2015 with the Telugu film Akhil, starring alongside Akhil Akkineni. Her Bollywood debut followed soon after in the 2016 film Shivaay, directed by and starring Ajay Devgn.
