Kirby’s acting career began with stage productions in London’s West End, including “The Acid Test” and “All My Sons.” She is best known for her portrayal of Princess Margaret in the first two seasons of the Netflix series “The Crown,” for which she received critical acclaim and a BAFTA nomination. Kirby has also appeared in several films, including “Mission: Impossible – Fallout,” “Hobbs & Shaw,” and “Pieces of a Woman,” for which she won the Best Actress Award at the Venice Film Festival in 2020.
