Allison Williams is an American actress and singer, born on April 13, 1988, in New Canaan, Connecticut. She is the daughter of NBC News anchor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard.
Williams rose to fame with her role as Marnie Michaels on the HBO television series Girls, which aired from 2012 to 2017. She received critical acclaim for her performance, and was nominated for a Critics’ Choice Television Award.
