Andrés Iniesta Luján (born May 11, 1984, in Fuentealbilla, Spain) is a retired Spanish footballer renowned as one of the greatest midfielders in history. A product of FC Barcelona’s La Masia academy, he debuted for the first team in 2002 and became central to the club’s golden era.
