Jamie Kennedy, born James Harvey Kennedy on May 25, 1970, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, is an American actor, comedian, and producer known for his energetic comedic style and versatility.

He gained prominence with his role as Randy Meeks in the Scream film series (1996–2000), where his character’s meta-commentary on horror tropes resonated with audiences. Kennedy further showcased his comedic talents by creating and starring in The Jamie Kennedy Experiment (2002–2004), a hidden-camera prank show that became The WB’s highest-rated new series.
