Lena Headey is an English actress born on October 3, 1973, in Hamilton, Bermuda. She began her acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in various British TV shows and films such as “Waterland,” “The Remains of the Day,” and “Band of Gold.”

Headey gained international recognition for her role as Queen Gorgo in the 2006 film “300” and as Sarah Connor in the television series “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” (2008-2009). She is perhaps best known for playing Cersei Lannister in the HBO series “Game of Thrones” (2011-2019), for which she was nominated for multiple Emmy Awards.
