Patricia Heaton is an American actress and producer best known for her roles in hit sitcoms. Born on March 4, 1958, in Bay Village, Ohio, she studied drama at Ohio State University before moving to New York to pursue acting.

After early stage and television work, she rose to fame as Debra Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond (1996–2005), earning two Emmy Awards for her performance.
