Scottie Pippen is a retired American professional basketball player, widely regarded as one of the greatest small forwards in NBA history. Born on September 25, 1965, in Hamburg, Arkansas, Pippen played college basketball at the University of Central Arkansas before being selected by the Seattle SuperSonics as the fifth overall pick in the 1987 NBA Draft. He was immediately traded to the Chicago Bulls, where he would achieve legendary status.
Pippen is best known for his partnership with Michael Jordan, which helped lead the Bulls to six NBA championships during the 1990s.
