Radio ARDAN 105.9 FM Bandung was established on the basis on the act of the Directorate-General for Law and Legislation of the Ministry of Justice n. C2 HT.01.01-A. Before changing to PT. Radio Ardan Swaratama , Radio ARDAN 105.9 FM Bandung stands under the name PT. Bong-Kenks Radio on Westhoff Street Number 18 with AM 234 M. frequency
In accordance with the time, after changing the name to PT. Radio Ardan Swaratama, April 14, 1983. Radio ARDAN took a new place in Jalan Jurang number 80. For better sound quality they decided to change the frequency from 234 AM to 105.8 FM on April 30, 1989. Currently, Ardan Radio is integrated with the radio management of the Ardan group.

Globally, the positioning of Radio ARDAN is among the young people aged 14 to 24 years who actively engage in activities outside the home, have a community, are dynamic, have a high level of curiosity about the latest issues and trends. Based on these considerations, the theme can be felt in their on-air and off-air programs, discussions and in a lot of activities of the radio that are preferred by young people.
